17. ORDERS AND PRICING
17.2 All orders made by you are subject to stock availability. 1stEmporium reserves the right to cancel, amend or reject your order in whole or in part, at any time and without liability or compensation, where any product is out of stock, damaged or spoilt, or unavailable for any other reason. 1stEmporium reserves the right to limit your order or the quantity of a particular product you may order.
17.3 1stEmporium endeavors to provide you with accurate and up-to-date pricing, products, and promotional information. However, errors may sometimes occur and we do not guarantee that the pricing, images, or other product or promotional information provided all be accurate, reliable, current, error-free, updated, or complete. You agree that 1stEmporium shall not be liable for any errors in the pricing and products or promotional information listed on our Site, App, or through our Services. The price to be paid by you shall be based on our prevailing selling price at the time we receive your order, which may or may not be correctly reflected on the Site, App, or through our Services. If a product offered by 1stEmporium itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
17.4 Where the actual price of any product is dependent on its weight (“Weighed Item”), we will provide an estimate of the price based on indicated weight and our current prevailing rates at the time of checkout. The actual weight and related price of the Weighed Item will be made known to you after the order is prepared and:
17.4.1.In the event of any shortfall in payment, we reserve the right to charge you for the additional amounts; and
17.4.2.In the event of any overpayment, we will only reserve the excess amounts paid as wallet for such items following our prevailing refund policy at the time of delivery.
17.4.3.All product prices are shown in Brunei Dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (if any). Prices of products may change from time to time and any promotional discounts or offers may also be withdrawn at any time without notice.
18. FEES AND PAYMENTS
18.1. Service charge and delivery charge will only added to the subtotal AFTER the customer order is prepared by the store and the new invoice is updated on the website and will be then informed to the customer.
18.2. Payment will only accepted via Debit/Credit Card; after the invoice is sent and before pick-up/delivery.
18.3. The customer order will only proceed after all payment conditions are fulfilled and received by the store. i) A clear screenshot of your payment transaction after payment is made. ii) All details including the amount transferred can be seen.
