Q: How do I pay?
A: Payment will only be accepted via bank transfer BIBD/Baiduri transfer.

Q: When do I pay our order? / Can I get bank details to transfer the payment please?
A: We will be only start preparing your order the day before or the day the order is scheduled to be pickup/delivered. After that we will contact you via WhatsApp to give you payment details and invoice/receipt and then you can pay for your orders.

Q: How much is Service Charge?
A: Service/Labor Charge is $3. But it is free of charge if your purchase is above $50.

Q: How much is Delivery Charge?
A: Delivery charge will vary depending on item size and the location of the delivery. ($4 for Brunei Muara, $6 for Tutong, $7 for Temburong and $8 for Kuala Belait.)
Additional $2 delivery charge for items that exceed 50*50*50cm.

Q: I am not able to select the time slot. Please help!
A: If the time slot is unclickable, it means that the time slot is full. Kindly pick other slot or other date to book your slot.
